BEDROOM
1. New king bedspread, shams & pillows - (went tropical!).
2. New oriental fans on walls above lights each side of bed (qty=4).
3. Relocated oriental silk framed paintings above bed.
4. New "shell" lamp in bedroom on bureau.
5. New shell shadowbox wall hanging by lightswitch.
6. Hung CRH framed notices (was previously sitting on AC).
7. Repainted rusty areas of fan & TV bracket.

BATHROOM
1. Removed old wallpaper in bathroom.

3. New towel racks in bathroom (natural wood).
4. New runner in bathroom.
5. New vanity light (white) - changed to frosted bulbs.
6. New ceramic blue tissue holder on toilet.

KITCHEN
1. Added non-smoking sign next to kitchen aisle / bar.
2. Added lock to owner's cabinet next to stove.
3. New cutting boards & holder on counter.
4. New thermos for coffee.
5. New glass teapot.
6. New overhead fluorescent light (natural wood)

BALCONY
1. Added non-smoking plaque below light on balcony.
2. Added towel rack on balcony (natural wood).
3. New floor mat at balcony.

HALL
1. New mirror in hall across from bathroom door - custom stained.
2. Relocated wall hangings in hallway.
3. New floor mat at entry.
4. New "painted fish" key-rack at entry.
5. New wall peg next to laundry closet (natural wood).

DINING
1. New hand-painted platter on shelf under glass dining table.
2. Recovered all chairs with new mauve-print fabric (qty=6).
3. New chandelier in dining area.
4. New basket hung on wall behind dining area.
